Beginning his career as an electronics technician, Mark quickly distinguished himself through his ability to diagnose complex electrical problems, interpret wiring systems, and become proficient in the operation of equipment from virtually every major manufacturer. Throughout his career he has worked in testing, repair, engineering support, field service, supervision, technical documentation, and customized customer training.
Mark has traveled throughout the United States helping utilities, industrial facilities, hospitals, and commercial customers solve difficult breaker and switchgear problems that others could not. His extensive library of OEM manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation—built over decades—is a trusted resource that customers and colleagues continue to rely upon today.
His passion for training began after recognizing that many technicians had never received practical, equipment-specific instruction. Rather than offering generic classroom presentations, Mark developed customized, hands-on training programs tailored to each customer's equipment and experience level.
